Exchanges & Returns

Thank you for shopping in our store!

We know it isn’t always easy to purchase dance shoes and accessories online so if you would like to either exchange or return an item just simply complete the Exchanges/Returns form included with your delivery and follow the instructions provided. We use this form to identify your purchase so it is important that you include it to avoid any delay in processing. 

EXCHANGES

  • Contact us to notify that you wish to exchange your item.  In your message please include your name, invoice number, contact number, the reason for your exchange, the style/colour/size of the item you wish to exchange and the style/colour/size of the item you wish to exchange for.
  • Send the item/s back in original condition and packaging (brand new – must not display any signs of wear and tear or unfortunately we will be unable to accept the exchange and the original item will be returned to you).
  • Please ensure you also include the completed Exchanges/Returns form which was included with your item with the Exchanges section completed.
  • You must also include a pre-paid self-addressed satchel (postage must be included) for us to return the exchanged item back to you. Your exchange cannot be completed without this.
  • Post the item/s back to the address shown below.
  • Any additional postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Please note that for hygiene reasons and to protect your health and the health of others, we are unable to exchange legwear unless damaged or faulty.

RETURNS

  • Contact us to notify that you wish to return your item/s.  In your message include your name, invoice number, contact number, the reason for your return and the style/colour/size of the item/s you wish to return
  • The item/s must be sent back to us in original condition and packaging (brand new and must not display any signs of wear or tear or unfortunately we will be unable to accept your return for a refund and the original item/s will be returned to you).
  • Please ensure you also include the completed Exchanges/Returns form which was included with your item with the Returns section completed.
  • Post the item/s back to the address shown below within 5 business days of notifying us.
  • Once received your return will be processed and a full product refund issued via the same method of payment.
  • All refunds exclude delivery charges and any additional postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Please note that for hygiene reasons and to protect your health and the health of others, we are unable to refund legwear unless damaged or faulty.
