Delivery & Shipping

ORDERS

  • After your purchase is complete we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.  You will receive two emails, one confirming your order and another including a tracking number (where applicable) so you can track your delivery.  Please note our free shipping service does not include tracking.
  • For orders made on weekends and public holidays please allow an additional 2-3 days for dispatch.
  • All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
  • Brazen Dancewear is committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products on our website are currently in stock.  In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you within 3 business days to arrange a full refund.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

  • Brazen Dancewear uses Australia Post for most deliveries with the option of standard or express shipping to most addresses in Australia.  In certain circumstances we reserve the right to use our preferred courier service.  
  • Tracking is offered for all standard and express post parcel shipping and for delivery by our preferred courier service. Please note that for our free shipping service no tracking is provided.
  • Delivery times will vary depending upon the delivery method.  More information can be found on the Australia Post or preferred courier websites.
  • Once a parcel is shipped we are no longer in control of its delivery and take no further responsibility for its whereabouts. If you find a parcel hasn’t arrived when it should first try to track it with your tracking number at the Australia Post or preferred courier website.  If you don’t receive it within a reasonable time please contact us and we will then begin the process of trying to locate the parcel.
  • We do not deliver to Click & Collect locations.
  • Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.

The cost of shipping for your order will be determined at Check Out and is dependent on the style, size and quantity of products ordered.  The table below sets out our base delivery costs:
