We always recommend that you start with an accurate foot length in centimetres to assist in choosing the correct shoe size. We have included the following instructions which we find provides the most accurate method:

Measuring Foot Length

  1. Place a piece of A4 paper on a hard floor making sure the back edge is against the wall.
  2. Place the foot on the paper with the back of the heel touching the wall.
  3. With a pen or pencil mark the paper at the end of the longest toe. Repeat with the other foot.
  4. Measure in centimetres from the edge of the paper to your mark for the actual foot length.

Shoe Fit

We know everyone is different when it comes to how they like their shoes to fit.  Some like shoes snug, others like to have some toe wriggle room or room for growth.  We broadly suggest the following allowances be added to the foot length when selecting the shoe size:

Tap Shoes Full Sole Lace Up Jazz Shoes Split Sole Lace Up Jazz Shoes Classic Jazz Sneakers Low Profile Jazz Sneakers0.5cms for a firm fit 0.5cms – 1.0cms for a comfortable fit or room for growth
Ballet Shoes – All StylesBallets are designed to be a snug fit and we recommend 0.5cms allowance
Slip On Split Sole Jazz ShoesThis style is designed to be a snug fit so select the next cms length up from your foot length

*We recommend adding an additional 0.5cm to accommodate a wide foot.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?
Yes we do offer both exchanges or returns. You will find all the information you require on our Exchanges & Returns page. Please note that for hygiene reasons and to protect your health and the health of others, we are unable to refund or exchange legwear unless damaged or faulty.

How do I know what size to select?
Please refer to the sizing information provided on this page as well as additional details you will find in the individual Product page.

Do you offer express post?
Express post is one of the postage options available. All available postage options can be found on our Delivery & Shipping page.

I’ve made a mistake with my size selection.  What can I do?
We aim to dispatch all our orders the same or next business day so if you have made an error during checkout please give us a call on (02) 9525 6757 as soon as possible.

Where are your shoes dispatched from?
We dispatch all our orders from our warehouse located in Sydney.

Are we able to pick up from you directly?
Unfortunately no.  Our warehouse has a strict no public access policy which prevents us from allowing order pick-ups.

I haven’t received my order?
For orders where you have received a tracking number please check the relevant shipping company to view their latest tracking information. Alternatively contact us and provide your name, order number and date of purchase so that we can assist you further.

What payment methods do you offer?
Currently we only accept payment via PayPal.  If you don’t have a PayPal account PayPal guest checkout allows you to make a payment using your debit/credit card and without registering for a PayPal account.

Can I leave a review or comment?
There is not the facility on our website to leave a review or comment but we do welcome any feedback you may wish to offer. Simply contact us.
